Desktop 3D printer capable of producing large models

Zortrax M300 Plus is a 3D printer with one of the largest workspaces in its class. It works in LPD technology, Zortrax's original take on Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), guaranteeing the highest quality results and low maintenance. Multiple Zortrax M300 Plus 3D printers can be connected into a wireless 3D printing farm producing large models in short to medium series.

Its large workspace, measuring 300 x 300 x 300 mm, is enough to print big models in one go.
Multiple Zortrax M300 Plus 3D printers can be connected into large networks with Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Models can be also loaded to each of the printers directly from a USB storage device.
The printer will automatically switch into pause mode when it runs out of filament. A redesigned extruder and new geometry of the nozzle now allow 3D printing with flex-type materials.

Zortrax M300 Plus' design is largely based on the acclaimed, award-winning Zortrax M Series 3D printers. It is a refined successor to the original M300 model, a large volume 3D printer used by professionals at NASA Johnson Space Center and Vins Motors among others.

Intuitive interface

Zortrax M300 Plus is a plug & play device that can be used for high quality 3D printing right out of the box. There is no assembly needed before you start to work. You can select available options and preview 3D models directly on the highly intuitive built-in touchscreen. Automatic firmware updates over Wi-Fi will bring all future interface functionalities directly to the printer.

External materials

Zortrax M300 Plus is compatible with third-party filaments. The external materials feature of Z-SUITE allows you to experiment with all standard 1.75mm filaments. Simply load a spool of material and select its type in the software. The external 3D printing profiles are based on thoroughly tested presets proven to deliver reliable results with most types of external materials.

Zortrax HEPA Cover

for Zortrax M300 and Zortrax M300 Plus 3D Printers
Zortrax HEPA Cover is a filtering device compatible with Zortrax M300 and Zortrax M300 Plus 3D printer. It's objective is to improve the quality of your 3D prints and to filter out most of 3D printing emissions, including ultra fine particles. HEPA Top Cover solves following issues:
  • reduces warping by keeping the temperature stable inside the printing chamber,
  • eliminates unpleasant smells,
  • filters out over 99% of 3D printing emissions, including ultra fine particles.
